Sandpiper Golf & Country Club

Sandpiper Golf and Country Club is situated along side the Sturgeon River. The Sandpiper is a great test for all levels of players, playing 6700 yards from the back tees and 5600 yards from the forward tees. Water comes into play on seventeen of the eighteen holes with well placed bunkers on many of the eighteen holes. Sandpiper has enjoyed some of the best greens in and around Edmonton for the past fourteen years. The front nine plays more lynx style and the back nine is cut out of the trees with five of the best finishing holes around. Sandpiper offers a full practice facility with grass and matt range, practice green, bunker and chipping green. Leigh Thomas, former Australian and Canadian Tour Professional, leads our golf academy with a wide variety of lesson programs.

Dress Code

The following Dress Code will be enforced in all areas of our Facility:

No muscle shirts or halter-tops.

Proper footwear (soft soled sneakers or golf shoes with soft spikes) must be worn at all times.

No cutoffs, jean shorts, sweat shorts, surf or skateboard shorts or athletic shorts of any kind.

No sweatpants or tear away track pants. All nylon pants must be plain in color and not have stripes or logos on them. Pants must be clean and presentable.

No sports team jerseys of any kind.

Jeans and tee shirts are acceptable if not torn, are clean and presentable and without loud or offensive logos.
